Mystery surrounds shopping centre shooting that left three dead
Police say no suspects were in custody as they continue to investigate
Three men were killed in a late-night shooting at a shopping centre car park in Temple Hills, leaving police searching for answers to make sense of the violence.
The gunfire erupted around 2.10am on Saturday in the parking lot of a banquet hall at the Marlow Heights Shopping Center, on Saint Barnabas Road.
Prince George’s County Police homicide detectives quickly descended on the scene, reports WSB Atlanta.
Friends and relatives of one of the victims gathered nearby, saying the loss was still too raw to process. They declined to speak publicly.
Police say no suspects were in custody as of Saturday afternoon. Officers continued interviewing witnesses, while investigators worked to piece together what led to the deadly shooting.
