CAYIN Technology has partnered with Mediacast Digital Group to support a major digital upgrade across more than 900 locations operated by Goldilocks, one of the Philippines’ best-known bakery and casual dining brands.

As part of the rollout, Goldilocks is deploying CAYIN’s SMP-2200 and SMP-2300 media players to modernise in-store displays and improve customer engagement nationwide.

The move allows the company to replace manual content updates with a centralised digital signage system, making it easier to manage menus, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across hundreds of branches.

Since its founding in 1966, Goldilocks has faced challenges in maintaining consistent branding across its wide network.

With CAYIN’s content management platform, the company’s headquarters can now update visuals across all locations in real time, reducing errors and ensuring a uniform customer experience.

The new digital menu boards also support dynamic in-store marketing. High-resolution displays help customers make faster ordering decisions, while rotating promotional content encourages upselling and highlights meal bundles.

The system supports “dayparting,” automatically switching content based on time of day and updating items that are out of stock.

According to the company, the project reflects its focus on scalability and long-term reliability.

Notably, the rollout began in 2024 and has already reached more than 100 branches, with full deployment across Goldilocks’ entire network expected by 2026.
