Selena Gomez calls her current beauty era ‘flirty’ and ‘a little sexy’

Selena Gomez has embraced her latest beauty chapter. The singer and actress, 33, opened up while celebrating the launch of Rare Beauty in Ulta Beauty stores in El Segundo, California.
The Taki Taki singer described her current look as “classic, maybe a little sexy” and “flirty.”
Gomez, who married music producer Benny Blanco in September 2025, said the moment felt “surreal” as she saw her products on shelves.
She highlighted the charitable component of the launch, explaining that 50 percent of donations from any purchase this month will benefit the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation and the Rare Impact Fund, which provides mental health support for young people worldwide.
“I feel most empowered when doing work within my community,” Gomez told People. “This next era will be very much me just embracing everyone, hopefully.”
The Only Murders in the Building star recently turned heads at the 2026 Golden Globes with Blanco, stepping out in coordinating classic Hollywood-inspired looks.
Gomez opted for a custom Chanel velvet gown adorned with embroidered flowers, paired with short waves and a bold burgundy lip, while Blanco kept his black suit understated with dazzling silver accessories.
