Robbers steal $200K in jewelry, cash from 'Suits' star Gina Torres' L.A. home

Burglars reportedly entered the Los Angeles home of Suits star Gina Torres on January 30.

Two men allegedly burgled the actress' Sherman Oaks property, taking about $225,000 worth of cash and jewelry, according to The New York Post, citing local authorities.

Law enforcement searched the property but couldn't locate the suspects, who apparently left the scene in a white car, as reported.

The pair showed up around 7pm local time, broke windows to get inside, and stole $25,000 in cash along with more than $200,000 in jewelry, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department to NBC Los Angeles.

Torres was supposedly not at home during the break-in, and it was a neighbour who saw the activity and called the authorities.

Torres, 56, renowned for her performances in Suits and 9-1-1: Lone Star, discussed with The Hollywood Reporter in 2025 about the renewed interest in Suits after it became available on Netflix in 2023. 

Although the show concluded in 2019 and Torres departed in 2016, she mentioned being recognised as Jessica Pearson more frequently.

“Honestly, I'm not sure what to think of it,” she remarked. “Navigating through airports has become more challenging, without a doubt. It speaks to the quality of the show. It resonates with our natural desire to achieve and what we envision for our future."
