Now cops in Pima County say they believe she may have been snatched from her bed against her will in the middle of the night.

A spokesperson for police told The US Sun: “Sheriff Nanos has stated that he believes a crime has been committed.

“At this point, investigators believe she was taken from the home against her will, possibly in the middle of the night. Taken against her will includes possible kidnapping or abduction.

“At this time, Mrs. Guthrie is still considered missing. Detectives remain on scene and are actively following up on all tips as they are received.”

Cops had earlier said the home was a “crime” scene although they did not elaborate on what they had found at the $1million property in the upmarket Catalina Foothills areas.

“As I said yesterday, we saw some things at the home that were concerning to us,” Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos added.

“We believe now, after we processed that crime scene, that we do in fact have a crime scene, that we do in fact have a crime, and we’re asking the community’s help.”

Savannah – who has been an anchor on NBC’s flagship morning show since 2011 – was absent from the show Monday.
