American rapper Nicki Minaj has shared her thoughts on Prince Harry during a recent appearance on The Kate Miller podcast. The 43-year-old Super Bass singer, known for her outspoken views, compared the Duke of Sussex’s move to the US to a scene from the 1982 film ET.

"Well... I think he should go home. Like ET, he should go home. Go phone home and then go home," Minaj said. Adopting a playful British accent, she added: "That's just me, darling. I have nothing but love for them."

Minaj expressed her admiration for the monarchy, noting that Americans are particularly enamoured with the institution: "I just love the Royal Family, as if I know them. But I think us as Americans love the idea of the Royal Family so much. I was just like...urgh."

She also voiced disapproval of Harry airing personal family matters publicly: "I did not think he should have aired the family's dirty laundry." Yet she tempered her remarks with understanding: "People do things and you don't know why, and you don't know what's going on inside of them. So, I don't judge."

Minaj revealed she regularly watches The Crown, contributing to her sense of familiarity with the royals. She reflected on the ongoing public discussions surrounding Harry and Meghan, their move to Montecito, California, and the couple’s two children, Archie and Lilibet.

While the Sussexes are expected to travel to the UK for the Invictus Games in 2027, Harry has voiced concerns over safety, and Meghan is reportedly unwilling to attend without full security arrangements, highlighting the ongoing complexities of life after royal duties.
