Hollywood superstar Channing Tatum has raised concerns among his followers after announcing that he is in the hospital.

The 45-year-old actor posted a troubling image from a hospital ward and told his fans, “this one is gonna be tough.”

Tatum surprised everyone today by revealing he was receiving medical treatment. This news came with a black and white picture of him sitting on a hospital bed.

Next to the eye-opening photo, Channing wrote: “Just another day. Another hurdle.

“This one's gonna be tough. But it’s fine. Let’s tackle it.”

The actor didn’t specify the reason for his hospitalisation, but he was surrounded by medical equipment.

Channing wore a hospital gown and had a hair net set aside.
