Kylie Kelce has shared her unfiltered reaction to brother-in-law Travis Kelce’s headline-making GQ fashion shoot, and laughter came first.

On the Friday, Feb. 6 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie, 33, welcomed the Kansas City Chiefs tight end as a guest, where the conversation eventually turned to his bold September 2025 GQ cover

Shot in Florida’s Everglades and styled by image architect Law Roach, the shoot featured Travis, 36, in a series of striking, swamp-ready looks.

“My initial reaction to these photos was laughter,” Kylie admitted, zeroing in on one image that showed Travis standing knee-deep in a swamp while cradling an alligator, dressed only in waders, yellow work gloves and an oversized fur hat. “That’s a pretty big hat. What’s going on?”

Travis didn’t disagree. “Every outfit I put on, I would laugh,” he said, recalling the surreal experience. “I’m like, ‘This is hilarious — and they’re gonna put me in the swamp?’”

The NFL star confirmed that the alligator was very real — a detail Kylie called “brave.” Travis added that the shoot came with unexpected challenges, including standing on unstable lily pad roots and enduring intense heat.

“That thing was heavy,” he said. “I was literally sweating bullets the entire time.”

Despite the discomfort, Travis said he walked away proud of the effort. The 12-hour shoot included swamp trekking and airboat rides, with looks ranging from a dramatic fur coat to shirtless styling paired with luxury accessories.

In the accompanying GQ interview, Travis also reflected on his upcoming NFL season and his high-profile relationship with fiancée Taylor Swift, but thanks to Kylie, it’s the fashion risks that are getting the most laughs at home.
