Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky see nothing but positives in bringing up their kids in Australia.

The 42-year-old actor and the 49-year-old actress and model provide a rare peek into their family life with their three children in Australia.

"Where we live, it's like having summer throughout the year," shares Hemsworth, who, with his wife, is a parent to daughter India Rose, 13, and 11-year-old twin boys Sasha and Tristan.

"We own a large property, a farm complete with horses, and our kids enjoy surfing, fishing, and riding motorbikes all day long," he adds with a grin, "and we often join in the fun."

Hemsworth and Pataky, who got married in 2010, had their first child in May 2012. The birth of their twin sons in March 2014 completed their family.

The family relocated from the U.S. to Australia in 2015. They call Byron Bay, a surfing town just below Australia’s Gold Coast, their home.

Pataky believes that a key feature of their wonderful life in Australia is the time they enjoy outdoors together.

"It's really about appreciating the natural surroundings. When we head into the city, it becomes challenging for our family because we're so accustomed to outdoor living," she says. "We constantly interact with nature."

Hemsworth and Pataky appear in a recent commercial for Amazon, which is set to debut during the 2026 Super Bowl.

Hemsworth and Pataky's Amazon Alexa+ advertisement is set to air during Super Bowl LX, scheduled to happen between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Sunday (February 8).
