Bad Bunny rocks $75K gold watch during Super Bowl Halftime show
The Puerto Rican superstar performs entirely in Spanish during the halftime show on Feb.8
Bad Bunny made history at Super Bowl LX and added some serious style to the moment.
The Puerto Rican superstar, 31, performed entirely in Spanish during the halftime show on February 8 in Santa Clara, Calif., becoming the first artist to do so.
For his landmark performance, Bad Bunny paired a monochromatic cream Zara ensemble with a $75,700 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding watch made from 18-carat yellow gold, featuring a natural malachite dial.
Accessories included sunglasses and gloves, while his jersey paid homage to his real name, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio.
Styled by Storm Pablo and Marvin Douglas Linares, Bad Bunny later changed into a boxy white suit before returning to the jersey look, keeping energy and style fluid throughout the show.
The performance included hits like Tití me preguntó, Yo Perreo Sola, and Voy a Llevarte Pa' PR, moving through immersive sets inspired by his No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency, from sugar cane fields to a lively block party.
Celebrity cameos included Pedro Pascal, Cardi B, Jessica Alba, Karol G, Lady Gaga, and Ricky Martin.
The show celebrated Latin culture, featuring snippets of Tego Calderón’s Pa que retozen, Don Omar’s Dale don dale, and Daddy Yankee’s Gasolina.
Near the finale, Bad Bunny turned the field into a parade, honoring Latin countries with fireworks and a powerful message displayed on a billboard: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”
