Baby Archie Gerald met his aunts and uncles during his very first road trip
Jana Duggar is basking in the glow of new motherhood as her five-week-old son, Archie Gerald Wissmann, finally meets his famous extended family.
The Counting On alumna, 36, took to Instagram on Monday, 9 February, to document Archie’s very first road trip.
In a touching montage, Jana’s many siblings were seen cradling the infant, but it was a rare appearance by matriarch Michelle Duggar that truly caught fans' attention.
Michelle was filmed tenderly rubbing Archie’s back as he was held by a relative. Jana, who shares the youngster with husband Stephen Wissmann, captioned the sweet footage: “Archie’s first road trip to meet the family!”
The little boy arrived on 30 December 2025, though the couple waited until late January to announce the birth.
At the time, they shared: “We took some time to settle into our new rhythm before sharing this sweet news Archie Gerald Wissmann arrived on December 30, 2025, and our hearts have been completely changed.”
The couple added that they are “soaking in these early days, full of love, wonder, and so much gratitude.”
Family members have been quick to share their excitement, with sister Jinger Duggar commenting: “Ahhh we love Archie so much already and can’t wait to meet him!!” Jana and Stephen married in August 2024 and announced the pregnancy exactly one year later.
Having officially started their "thrilling new chapter," the pair are clearly enjoying introducing Archie to the vast Duggar brood.
