Kylie Kelce shares future breast enhancement plans after four children

Kylie Kelce has opened up about her plan to put her breasts ‘back where they belong’ after having four kids.

The 33-year-old mother of four revealed on the Feb. 12 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast that she plans to get a breast enhancement once she’s officially done having kids with husband Jason Kelce.

“To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because four kids. That's all I have to say about that,” Kylie joked. 

She and Jason share daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 10 months.

The NFL wife shared the news during a special Galentine’s Day podcast episode featuring her college friends and bridesmaids, Amber and Gab. 

While watching a clip of a woman revealing her new breasts after surgery, Kylie teased, “Really, my plan is we were gonna end up doing this. I already know that. I wanna be clear, you were in whether you wanted to be in or not.” She added, with typical humor, that she had a plan to get her friends involved: “I was gonna bait you with snacks. And then just be like, hey, have you seen these?”

This isn’t the first time Kylie has joked about her post-kids body. In an October 2025 episode of Not Gonna Lie, she explained why she mostly wears sports bras: “Prior to children, I was part of the itty bitty titty committee. 

Some would say I was the president,” she quipped. She recalled being self-conscious in middle school, saying, “I was told in sixth grade that I was so flat, I was jealous of the wall… It got to a point where when I put on a regular bra and raised my arms, I actually had nothing to sit in the cup to keep the bra down.”

Though Kylie currently feels she’s done having children, she hasn’t fully ruled out expanding her family. “I never want to say no because then I feel like the universe is gonna hear me. And then I'm gonna sneeze and get pregnant,” she joked.

The Kelces’ youngest daughter, Finn, will celebrate her first birthday on March 30.
