Stefon Diggs posts cryptic Instagram messages amid Cardi B split rumors
The couple first publicly linked in June 2025 and welcomed their first child together in November 2025
Stefon Diggs has sparked speculation after posting a series of cryptic messages on Instagram and turning off comments amid rumors of a split with Cardi B.
The New England Patriots wide receiver, 32, shared a cryptic 20-slide Instagram post on Feb. 11, just three days after his team’s 29-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the 2026 Super Bowl and the day before rumors surfaced that he and girlfriend Cardi B may have split.
Diggs also disabled comments on the post, drawing further attention.
“Gratitude and Fear cannot coexist in the same space… a reminder to control what you can control, remain thankful and stay motivated,” he captioned the carousel, which included photos of him at the Super Bowl alongside motivational quotes.
The slides featured a mix of messages, including:
“Luck didn't bring me this far… God did.”
“Do not ignore your own self-doubt. That is the old you reminding you how much you have achieved.”
“The best way to appreciate something is to be without it for a while.”
Other slides included a video of an unidentified child saying, “It ain't all good, but it ain't all bad either. So be thankful,” and a quote linked to the late NBA star Kobe Bryant: “Have a hard year.” Diggs concluded with the Patriots motto: “We all we got, we all we need.”
Fans noticed potential relationship tension following the Super Bowl, as Cardi B and Diggs appeared to unfollow each other on Instagram shortly after the game.
The couple, who first publicly linked in June 2025, welcomed their first child together in November 2025. Cardi B attended the Super Bowl halftime show, supporting Bad Bunny, but reportedly left Levi’s Stadium early, posting a video from her car.
Throughout their relationship, the pair has publicly supported each other—Diggs often praising Cardi B in interviews, and the rapper attending his games.
At the Feb. 2 Super Bowl Opening Night, a reporter asked Diggs if he planned to propose to the Grammy-winning artist. “It’s on the agenda, maybe, right? Right?” he said with a laugh, adding, “I gotta get mine first.”
