Brooks Nader reveals how early cosmetic treatments shaped her view of perfection
The model says she’s currently embracing her natural look, but hasn’t ruled out cosmetic treatments
Brooks Nader has shared candid insights into her evolving relationship with beauty and self-confidence, reflecting on the pressures she faced as a teenager.
The 29-year-old model revealed that she underwent “cheek, jaw and lip” filler in her late teens after moving to New York City, recalling how her parents gifted her $1,000 for cosmetic treatments.
“When I was 18 and I moved to New York, I was like, ‘I’m gonna get filler. I’m gonna do all these treatments, I’m gonna get lipo, whatever it is,’” Nader told Us Weekly.
“My parents gave me, like, $1,000 and they were like, ‘Have fun.’ I felt like it was what everyone was doing… I thought that getting filler was the answer.”
While she hasn’t ruled out getting filler again in the future, Nader said she’s currently embracing her natural look. “For right now, I’m loving my smile and how I’m looking. I feel like I’m looking like my old self again,” she said.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star also reflected on her ongoing health and wellness journey, including her use of GLP-1 medications for weight management. “I’m still working on my self-confidence and just my journey with that every day. It’s different now,” she explained.
Nader emphasized that despite her fame, she faces struggles like everyone else. “I fluctuate like everyone else. So it just depends,” she said, highlighting the ongoing, personal nature of self-acceptance.
