Savannah Guthrie shared a poignant video on Sunday evening, desperately pleading for the safe return of her 84-year-old mother, Nancy.

The "Today" show host addressed the unidentified captor directly, urging them to find their compassion.

"It's been two weeks since our mom was taken, and I just wanted to come on and say we still have hope, and we still believe," Savannah shared.

In a moment of raw vulnerability, she added: "And I wanted to say to whoever has her, or knows where she is, that it's never too late. And you're not lost or alone. And it is never too late to do the right thing.

"And we are here. We believe. And we believe in the essential goodness of every human being. And it's never too late."

Nancy vanished from her Arizona home on 1 February, following a family dinner. Investigators, who suspect a midnight abduction, are currently analysing a black glove found nearby. Preliminary DNA results from the item are being processed for the national database.

The FBI previously released doorbell footage of a masked suspect carrying a specific Ozark Trail backpack, sold only at Walmart.

While a ransom demand in bitcoin was sent to a local news station, the family’s offer to pay remains contingent on proof of life.

Despite several searches and brief detentions of "persons of interest" during traffic stops, no formal arrests have been made. Savannah's plea serves as a haunting reminder that, for this family, every second counts.
