Emily Miller and Cam Holmes confirm double pregnancy in sweet video
Emily Miller jokes about being the "pushover" parent ahead of twins' arrival
Reality television’s favourite success story is about to get a lot busier. Too Hot to Handle stars Emily Miller and Cam Holmes have delighted fans by announcing they are expecting twins.
The couple, who found love during the show’s second season, shared the news via a heartwarming Instagram reel on 15 February.
The video features the pair and their 19-month-old son, Reggie, all dressed in matching denim and white. In a touching moment, they dress the toddler in a jumper embroidered with "BIG Brother."
During a voiceover, Emily asks: "Reggie, what's in Mummy's tummy?" to which the youngster replies, "Baby." When asked how many, he adorably confirms, "There's two," as Emily reveals a pair of sonogram photos.
Captioned "2 more to adore," the post confirms a due date of 23 August. This joyful update follows the couple's romantic beach engagement in October 2025.
Reflecting on their parenting styles before Reggie’s birth in 2024, Emily joked about her relaxed approach: "We've spoken about this, and I'm definitely going to be the pushover."
She contrasted this with Cam’s more structured upbringing, adding, "So, yeah, I'm definitely going to be the more lenient one."
The announcement sparked a flurry of congratulations from fellow Netflix stars, including Francesca Farago, who recently joined the "twin club" herself.
For Emily and Cam, the transition from reality contestants to a family of five marks a beautiful new chapter in their enduring London-based romance.
