Louis Tomlinson, Zara McDermott celebrate first Valentine’s Day together

Zara McDermott has offered fans a sweet glimpse into her romance with Louis Tomlinson after the couple celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together.

The 29-year-old former Love Island star took to Instagram over the weekend to post a heartfelt tribute to the singer, 34. 

Sharing a photo of Tomlinson relaxing on a couch while playing guitar, Zara wrote: “Happy love day to my forever love,” confirming that their relationship is going strong.

The pair, who began dating in March last year, have largely kept their romance low-key but have shared occasional glimpses of their life together. 

Earlier this year, Zara included Tomlinson in a highlights post reflecting on 2025, describing a trip to Costa Rica as “the most magical trip of my life.”

The couple also spent their first Christmas together at Tomlinson’s Hertfordshire home, joined by his son Freddie and extended family. 

His sisters, Phoebe and Daisy, previously hinted on their podcast that the family gathering would include a “new member,” widely believed to be Zara.

McDermott’s relationship with the former One Direction star comes after her five-year romance with reality personality Sam Thompson ended in December 2024.

Sources close to the couple say they are still very much in the “honeymoon period,” adding that their bond is serious and that Zara has grown close to Tomlinson’s family.
