Gwyneth Paltrow has celebrated Valentine’s Day the way she knows best—by cooking.

The Goop founder and actress shared the latest installment of her Instagram series, Boyfriend Breakfast, on Saturday, Feb. 14, revealing a gluten-free broccoli, onion, and sausage quiche.

In the video, Paltrow kept things casual, wearing a T-shirt and flowy pants, whisking eggs with almond milk, sautéing broccoli, caramelizing onions, and cooking sausage crumbles before assembling the quiche in a premade gluten-free pie crust. Her dog, Gaucho, even made a cameo during the prep.

“Valentine’s #boyfriendbreakfast gluten-free broccoli, onion, and sausage quiche. Extra love,” she captioned the video, pairing the cooking session with Depeche Mode’s Just Can’t Get Enough.

Paltrow first revealed the inspiration for the series in 2022, explaining that it began during her courtship with now-husband Brad Falchuk.

“When we were dating, we started this tradition of me cooking him breakfast every Saturday morning,” she said in a Vogue video.

“I would come up with all of these really creative breakfasts. It was something I put time into every week planning. I called them boyfriend breakfasts.”

She also reflected on balancing her love for cooking with her feminist values. “Can you be a feminist and still like to do domestic things?” she asked, ultimately deciding yes. “It feeds me to take care of people and cook as much as I hope it takes care of them.”

Paltrow’s series has since become a fan favorite, with casual, cozy glimpses into her kitchen creativity that blend romance, comfort food, and a touch of personality for every holiday or weekend morning.
