Kate Moss turns heads in backless Gucci gown at Milan Fashion Week
The British supermodel dazzled in a glittering gown that left little to the imagination at Gucci
Kate Moss has made a bold return to the runway, turning heads at Milan Fashion Week with a glittering gown that revealed a daringly low back.
On Friday, Feb. 27, the 52-year-old British supermodel strutted for Gucci at Palazzo Delle Scintille, wearing a black mock-neck gown with long sleeves.
Accessorized with a silver clutch and drop earrings, her tousled waves and smoky-eye makeup completed the striking look.
While the front of the dress exuded elegance, the back told a more daring story: the gown dipped past her butt, exposing a sparkling black thong adorned with the Gucci logo, as captured in front-row footage from Vogue.
Moss’s Milan appearance follows a sweet mother-daughter outing at London Fashion Week earlier this week.
On Feb. 23, she and her 23-year-old model daughter, Lila Moss, attended Burberry’s Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear show at Old Billingsgate.
The duo shared coordinating looks, with Kate in a trench layered over a silky slip minidress, complemented by pumps and statement silver jewelry.
Lila opted for a neutral trench coat with snakeskin pumps, documenting the moment on Instagram with a United Kingdom flag emoji.
Kate and Lila were seen chatting and smiling side by side, drawing attention to their striking resemblance and close bond.
