Olivia Rodrigo sparks dating rumours after being spotted with mystery man post–Louis Partridge split

Olivia Rodrigo appears to be stepping into her 23rd year with a fresh start following her reported split from actor Louis Partridge.

On Saturday (February 28), the Grammy-winning singer was photographed meeting an unidentified man, according to images obtained by Deuxmoi.

In the now-viral photos, Rodrigo is seen seated across from a tall, lean companion whose face was not visible, engaged in what appeared to be an animated conversation at a restaurant.

A source described the mystery man as brown-eyed and confident, noting that he appeared to take the lead during the outing by signaling the waiter as they settled in. 

The insider also claimed the man looked familiar, saying they believed they had “seen him before in NYC,” though they couldn’t immediately identify him.

As the images spread across social media, fans quickly began speculating about Rodrigo’s relationship status. 

Some suggested the sighting confirmed that her romance with Partridge — best known for his role in Enola Holmes — had officially ended. 

Others, however, questioned whether the companion was romantic at all, with several users theorising it may have been Rodrigo’s close friend Madison Hu, citing similarities in clothing seen in other recent photos.

Rodrigo and Partridge were first linked in October 2023 after being spotted together in London and confirmed their relationship that December with PDA-filled outings in New York City. 

Reports surfaced that the pair quietly parted ways in December 2025 after nearly two years together.
