Gracie Abrams relocates to London as relationship with Paul Mescal grows stronger
The singer has reportedly moved to London to live with actor Paul Mescal
Singer Gracie Abrams has reportedly relocated to London to be closer to her boyfriend, actor Paul Mescal, as their relationship continues to grow stronger.
According to reports, the 26-year-old musician has moved in with Mescal in London, where the actor is currently filming director Sam Mendes’ upcoming films about The Beatles.
The move comes after the couple spent months managing a long-distance relationship.
A source told The Sun that the pair are “the real deal,” adding that the location change has helped them spend more consistent time together while balancing their busy careers.
“Paul and Gracie are the real deal,” the insider said. “He is loving his life on this awards-season run with Hamnet, working on the Beatles films and feeling settled with Gracie.”
The source added that being tied to a long-term project has allowed Mescal to remain based in one city for an extended period, something that has made it easier for the couple to build a routine together.
Abrams has also been using London as a creative base while continuing her music career, reportedly writing and recording new material while living in the city.
During her time abroad, the singer has also visited Ireland, Mescal’s home country, and has enjoyed exploring the region.
“She plans to remain here for a while because of how happy she is,” the source added, noting that the couple appear “very settled and serious.”
Mescal, who rose to international fame after starring in the hit series Normal People, has recently spoken about wanting to slow down his career to prioritize time with loved ones.
In an interview with British GQ, the actor said he has begun rethinking how he spends his time as he approaches a new stage in life.
“I can feel myself wanting to slow down a bit more,” Mescal said, explaining that he now values time with family, his partner and close friends more than ever.
The actor has also begun thinking about the future, telling Rolling Stone that he hopes to start a family someday.
“I would love to have a family,” Mescal said. “I’m not like, ‘I want them tomorrow,’ but I would love to have kids.”
