Lily Collins reunited with her engagement ring three years after it was stolen, and the actress says she’s left “speechless.”

The 36-year-old Emily in Paris star revealed on Instagram on March 6 that Hakimian Imports Chicago Jewelers successfully returned her custom rose-cut diamond ring, designed by Irene Neuwirth.

Collins shared a selfie showing the sparkling ring, writing, “Having this home means SO much to us. I'm still speechless, it's back on my finger.”

The engagement ring, along with her wedding band and other belongings valued at over $10,000, was taken from a West Hollywood hotel locker on May 6, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Collins was staying at the Edition Hotel on Sunset Boulevard when she secured her belongings at the spa. Upon returning, she discovered the items were missing.

Collins and director Charlie McDowell, son of actors Mary Steenburgen and Malcolm McDowell, got engaged in September 2020.

The proposal featured the now-recovered custom Neuwirth diamond, which Collins described at the time as “exactly what I would’ve wanted. He knew me so well.” The couple married on September 4, 2021, in Dunton, Colorado. Collins wore a handcrafted Ralph Lauren gown featuring lace, silk organza petals, Swarovski-beaded flowers, and a dramatic hooded cape, blending Western Americana with British Victorian influences.

Looking ahead, Collins is set to portray Audrey Hepburn in a new film exploring the making of Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
