Brooke Shields reminisced about a playful trip down memory lane, recalling a brief romance with the late John F. Kennedy Jr.
In a March 6 TikTok video with her daughter, Rowan Henchy, 22, Shields, 60, cheekily described Kennedy Jr. as “one of the best” kissers.
The clip shows Henchy lip-synching to Taylor Swift and Charli XCX’s “Boom Clap,” with onscreen text asking, “I wonder if JFK Jr. was a good kisser?” Shields then turns dramatically over her shoulder as the text updates: “One of the best.”
Shields first met Kennedy Jr., son of former President John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, during a skiing trip to Aspen, Colorado, in the 1980s.
In the 2024 book JFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography by RoseMarie Terenzio and Liz McNeil, Shields recalled being “19 or 20” and still a virgin. She said, “You so do not want me to lose my virginity to you, because in my world, that means we’re married. So do yourself a favor, back off.”
She described the conversation as “brutally honest” yet “sweet,” highlighting the pair’s mutual respect despite the brief nature of their fling.
Shields has previously spoken about JFK Jr.’s memorable kiss. During an April 2023 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, she called him “the best kiss” she had ever experienced, adding, “It was beyond not-disappointing. The lips are beautiful, and the face is amazing, and the body and the person, and he was down to earth and funny and irreverent.”
The actress’s recent TikTok reflections arrive amid renewed public interest in Kennedy Jr.’s life and romances, fueled in part by the FX limited series Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette, which chronicles his relationship with the late former Calvin Klein associate.
