Law Roach refuses to clarify Zendaya and Tom Holland marriage rumors on Oscars red carpet

Law Roach is staying tight-lipped about the rumored wedding of Zendaya and Tom Holland.

The celebrity stylist and image architect avoided confirming his earlier comments while appearing on the red carpet at the 98th Academy Awards on March 15.

Roach had previously sparked widespread speculation earlier this month when he attended the Actor Awards on March 1 and suggested that Zendaya and Holland had already tied the knot. 

Speaking at the time, he told reporters, “The wedding has already happened,” sending fans into a frenzy online.

But when asked about the claim again during an interview with eTalk at the Oscars, Roach quickly changed the subject.

“You know what? I really wanted those Chanel shoes that just dropped the other day, but I didn't make it to the store in time,” he said with a laugh. “So hopefully I can still get them.”

After the reporter laughed at his unexpected answer, Roach smiled and walked away from the interview.

In a separate red carpet conversation with Extra, Roach was asked if he wanted to clarify his earlier comments about the couple’s alleged nuptials. His response was brief: “No, I said what I said.”

Neither Zendaya nor Holland has publicly confirmed whether they are married. The pair, who became engaged in December 2024, have largely kept their relationship private.

Fans have been closely watching their recent appearances for clues. Days before Roach’s initial remarks, Holland was spotted in California without a wedding band. Meanwhile, Zendaya appeared to wear a ring on her left hand in promotional photos for her upcoming film The Drama, which also stars Robert Pattinson.

She was later photographed with a thin gold band on her ring finger while attending the Paris Fashion Week show for Louis Vuitton on March 10.

During the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards on March 12, host Marsai Martin playfully asked Zendaya for a hint about her personal life. 

In response, the actress bashfully flashed what appeared to be a wedding band to the audience.

While the couple’s relationship status remains unconfirmed, the speculation has continued to captivate fans.

Zendaya recently made headlines again when she surprised a real couple at a one-day wedding chapel in Las Vegas organized by A24 to promote The Drama. 

Videos shared on social media showed the actress cheering on the newlyweds and even signing their marriage license as a witness.
