Expectant Molly-Mae Hague has openly discussed her growing worry over dependency concerns, confessing to an increasing reliance on certain medications.

The celebrity is awaiting her second child with her boxer partner Tommy Fury, yet she has admitted to facing a concerning health challenge.

During her recent YouTube vlog, Molly confirmed she's experiencing difficulty with breathing.

She explained it led her to use nasal sprays to clear her congestion – though now, she's anxious about a potential addiction.

Discussing her dependency worries, the influencer expressed: “I’m genuinely concerned I’m developing a true dependency on nasal sprays like the Sudafed one I got while in Dubai.”

“I’m really concerned after reading numerous stories about individuals becoming reliant on these nasal sprays.

“Those who end up incapable of breathing without them – now am I among them, or is this still a pregnancy-related issue, I’m unsure.”

Molly candidly admitted she doesn't have a cold or ongoing illness yet still experiences restricted breathing each morning–prompting daily use of the sprays.

She mentioned: “I’m not suffering from a cold.

“I don’t feel unwell, but upon waking up, I can’t breathe.

“No air seems to come through.”

This health update follows her sharing the feeling of being a “broken woman” as she nears the end of her second pregnancy.

During another sincere moment in her vlog, the 26-year-old influencer revealed she “dislikes being negative” as she feels “undesirable” and “not herself.”

She further expressed: “This week has been so odd – off energies, unusual arguments, I don’t know what’s happening.

“It feels odd. Yet, you know what? We’ll press on and overcome.”

Molly added: “I feel somewhat like a broken woman right now, to be honest.

“I’m not in my usual state. I feel good in my pregnancy, but in other aspects, I’m uncertain.

“I think it’s due to a peculiar week. It’s alright though, everything will be fine.

I dislike being negative on my vlogs. But as you know, it’s always a kind of rollercoaster.

“Yet, motherhood and family life are wonderful. It’s just been an odd week, but we’re alright, today was good.”

The NHS advises against using nasal sprays for those who are pregnant.

NHS guidelines indicate: “Pseudoephedrine is not advised during pregnancy as it can decrease blood flow to the placenta and the baby.

"Some research suggests pseudoephedrine used within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy could be linked with birth defects, although this evidence is weak."
