Tom Holland announces world-first 'fan-driven' Spider-Man trailer launch

Tom Holland has unveiled a pioneering interactive campaign for the launch of the trailer for his forthcoming film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day. In a video shared on Instagram this Tuesday, the actor detailed a global, fan-led initiative that departs from traditional marketing strategies.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the project seeks to integrate the franchise's dedicated community directly into the promotional cycle.

Holland expressed deep gratitude for the long-standing support of the audience, noting that "without that incredible community, there would be no Spider-Man."

The innovative launch will see selected fans from various regions across the globe unveiling specific segments of the trailer as the sun rises in their respective locations.

Holland explained: “We are doing something that has never been done before. Follow along as a Brand New Day starts across the world, and some of our greatest fans are going to help us release pieces of our new trailer...I'm passing it over to fans. This is all about community. This is all about being together.”
