Eiza González shares 'dream' anniversary present from boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov

Actress Eiza González has revealed the luxury anniversary gifts she exchanged with her boyfriend, tennis star Grigor Dimitrov, sharing that a designer Chanel handbag he gave her was a “dream” present.

Speaking with People at the Los Angeles premiere of her upcoming film, I Love Boosters on May 13, the 36-year-old actress opened up about the couple’s thoughtful exchange of gifts for their first anniversary.

González said Dimitrov gifted her an extra-large black Chanel bag, describing it as something she had long wanted and calling it a “really sweet gift.”

“It was such a sweet gift,” she said, adding that she had “dropped hints” ahead of the occasion to guide him toward the perfect present.

“I definitely dropped hints, honey,” she joked. “I was DMing. I was like, ‘This is so nice, isn’t this?’ He’s like, ‘Love it, babe.’ ”

In return, González revealed she also treated Dimitrov to a luxury item of her own choice, gifting him a Bottega Veneta duffel bag.

The couple first sparked romance rumors in April 2025 and went Instagram official a month later when González posted a birthday tribute to Dimitrov, calling him “the man of my dreams.”

Since then, the pair have made several public appearances together, including fashion events and film industry gatherings, where they have frequently shown support for each other’s careers.

González has previously spoken about the relationship in interviews, describing Dimitrov as “sweet” and supportive, while noting that he has brought a positive presence into her life.

She also joked that while her partner is a professional athlete, her own tennis skills have not improved much, adding that she avoids playing with him due to the difference in ability.

The actress is currently promoting I Love Boosters, a comedy about a group of professional shoplifters navigating the fashion world, ahead of its theatrical release on May 22.
