Dakota Johnson was spotted enjoying a warm reunion with longtime friend and fashion designer Alessandro Michele during an evening outing in Rome, highlighting their years-long friendship and continued close bond.

The Fifty Shades of Darker star is currently spending time in the Italian capital, where she was photographed stepping out for dinner with Michele on Friday night, May 22.

The pair were seen greeting each other with an affectionate hug as they arrived at the restaurant, appearing relaxed and in good spirits during the outing.

Johnson kept her look understated yet chic, wearing a white short-sleeve shirt paired with a black midi skirt. 

She completed the outfit with a black sweater draped over her shoulders, minimal jewelry, and a cherry-red leather shoulder bag.

Michele, known for his work in high fashion, opted for a casual ensemble featuring a comfortable check-patterned two-piece set paired with a cap for the evening dinner.

The reunion comes as Johnson continues to spend time in Europe amid recent changes in her personal life. 

The actress has previously moved on from her long-term relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and is currently linked to musician Role Model.

Johnson and Michele first formed their friendship in 2015, when the designer reportedly selected her as a muse, marking the beginning of a long creative and personal connection that has lasted over a decade.
