Anna Faris opens up about working with Robert Pattinson in new film ‘Primetime’
The actress reveals she appears in a single unusual scene with Robert in the upcoming crime film
Anna Faris has shared new details about her experience working alongside Robert Pattinson in the upcoming film Primetime, describing the brief collaboration as “awesome” and unexpectedly memorable.
Speaking on the Happy Sad Confused podcast with Josh Horowitz on June 6, Faris revealed she has a “tiny role” in the biographical crime film directed by Lance Oppenheim, which is expected to release later this year. Pattinson stars in the project as Chris Hansen.
“It was awesome. It was really cool,” Faris said while reflecting on her time on set.
The actress explained that she appears in a single scene as what she described as Pattinson’s “odd strange wife,” adding that the moment stood out despite her limited screen time.
“I just have one scene as Robert’s odd strange wife. It was incredible,” said the 49-year-old actress.
Faris also offered a vivid description of the scene, noting, “I am stretched out in bed and Robert is grabbing my foot and pulling it down across his face,” highlighting the unusual tone of the sequence.
Despite the brief appearance, Faris said she enjoyed the experience and spoke positively about working with the cast and crew.
Her comments come as she continues a busy return to the screen, recently reprising her role as Cindy in Scary Movie 6 alongside Regina Hall and members of the Wayans family.
She also attended the film’s global premiere in Los Angeles on June 3 with her 13-year-old son, Jack, whom she shares with Chris Pratt.
