Theresa Randle, best known for her roles in Bad Boys, Bad Boys II, and Malcolm X, is facing serious allegations after her former boyfriend accused her of breaking into his home and assaulting him in multiple incidents.

According to court documents filed on June 2 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Dario Pallini, 60, claimed he dated Randle, 61, for two years between 2022 and 2024 and has since experienced repeated harassment following their breakup.

A judge granted Pallini a temporary restraining order the same day, which remains in effect until June 23, when a hearing will determine whether a longer-term order will be issued.

Pallini alleged in his filing that on June 1 he returned to his apartment and found Randle inside after an alleged break-in.

He claimed she was sitting in a closet with his dog and smoking crack cocaine.

He further alleged that an argument broke out during the encounter, during which Randle hit him on the shoulder and threw a can of vegetables that struck him in the head.

In a separate incident dated May 18, Pallini claimed he awoke to find Randle standing over him inside his home.

He alleged she appeared to be under the influence, began cleaning his house uninvited, and told him he owed her money.

He also accused her of threatening to shoot him and striking him with a metal pole from his medical bed.

Pallini said he contacted police during the incident. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed officers responded to a domestic violence call at Pallini’s residence on June 1 shortly before 5 p.m., though officials did not confirm whether a report was made regarding the earlier alleged incident.

In his petition, Pallini described Randle as “unpredictable” and said, “She is addicted to drugs and needs help,” adding that he fears for his safety.

The temporary restraining order currently in place includes standard protections and will expire on June 23 unless extended or converted into a permanent order requiring Randle to stay at least 300 feet away from Pallini.
