Shannen Doherty’s former Malibu home has been sold for more than $7.65 million, almost two years after the actress passed away in July 2024 at the age of 53.

The Charmed and Beverly Hills, 90210 star had lived in the ocean-view property for nearly two decades before her death following a long battle with cancer.

The estate remained on the market for around nine months before finding a buyer, according to TMZ.

Originally listed in August 2025 for approximately $9.45 million, the property ultimately sold for $7,650,000—nearly $2 million below the asking price.

The Malibu residence features four bedrooms, a swimming pool, and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.

Despite suffering smoke damage during the 2018 Woolsey Fire, the home survived the devastating 2025 Palisades fires that destroyed several nearby properties.

Shannen’s estate executor, Chris Cortazzo, previously said the proceeds from the sale would go to her mother, Rosa, and described the home as the actress’s personal “sanctuary.”

“When you're a notable figure, your home becomes your sanctuary,” Cortazzo told The Wall Street Journal.

Doherty’s divorce from estranged husband Kurt Iswarienko was finalized shortly after her death in July 2024.

The couple had married in 2011, and she filed for divorce in 2023 following a lengthy legal dispute.

In earlier court filings, Doherty accused Iswarienko of delaying proceedings, while his legal team denied wrongdoing and said efforts had been made to settle before the finalization.

Following the settlement, Doherty retained ownership of the Malibu property along with other personal and financial assets, including artwork and earnings from her acting career.

The sale now marks the closing of one of the final major estate matters connected to the late actress’s life and legacy.
