Gisele Bündchen celebrates Joaquim Valente as ‘role model’ on Father’s Day
The model shares a heartfelt Father’s Day tribute to Joaquim Valente
Gisele Bündchen paid tribute to husband Joaquim Valente on Father’s Day, praising the jiu-jitsu instructor as an “incredible role model” while sharing a collection of family photos.
The supermodel took Instagram on Sunday to celebrate Valente, whom she married in late 2025 after several years together.
“Happy Father’s Day @joaquimvalente!” Bündchen wrote.
“Thank you for leading by example, and for the values you embody, love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness and consistency.”
She added: “You are an incredible role model. We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much.”
Alongside the message, Bündchen shared a carousel of photos showing Valente spending time with their young son, who was born in January 2025, as well as her two children, Vivian and Benjamin, from her previous marriage to former NFL quarterback Tom Brady.
One image showed Vivian embracing Valente from behind as he sat in a chair, while another featured Valente and Benjamin standing back-to-back and comparing their heights.
The model also honoured her late father, Valdir Bündchen, thanking him for his “unconditional love, wisdom, and support through every stage of my life.”
“Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there,” she concluded.
The post came just weeks after Brady shared a Mother’s Day tribute that included photos of Bündchen with their children. The former NFL star praised the mothers in his life and publicly acknowledged his ex-wife in the social media post.
Bündchen and Brady were married from 2009 until their divorce in 2022 and share two children together.
The Brazilian model and Valente began dating later that year and quietly married in November 2025. The couple welcomed their first child together in early 2025.
