Scarlett Johansson makes rare comment about ex-husband Ryan Reynolds

Star Scarlett Johansson talks about her short spell of married life with ex-husband Ryan Reynolds. 

The  couple's tenure as husband and wife lasted for just two years and their journey together was one hell of a ride. 

Scarlett, 38, appeared at the  Gwyneth Paltrow's  Goop podcast and sat for a heart-to-heart chat. 

Paltrow asked Scarlet , "You’ve been married two times?" and the  Black Widow star had the perfect response, " Three times." 

“Oh that’s right, because I forgot that you were married to Ryan Reynolds!  Goals," says Paltrow. 

"We weren’t married very long, but we were when I first met you, for Iron Man [2] or whatever." 

Ryan and Scarlet first married  in 2008 and in 2010 announced split in a joint statement claiming, "After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage."

"We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated."
