Jon Bon Jovi shares his take on son Jake's engagement to Millie Bobby Brown

Jon Bon Jovi has finally shared his take on the engagement of 20-year-old son Jake Bongiovi with 19-year-old Millie Bobby Brown.

In his recent appearance on the on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the legendary musician said “I don’t know if age matters,” when he was asked if he “worries” for the young couple.

“If you find the right partner and you grow together, I think that would be my advice, really, is growing together is wise” he added.

Bon Jovi, 61, who got married to his high-school lady-love Dorothea Hurley, in 1989, also told Cohen that three out of his four kids are engaged.

Jovi further defended his son Bongiovi’s engagement with the Stranger Things actress at a young age.

"I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with and we like em all," the Livin’ On a Prayer singer added.

Brown announced her engagement with Bongiovi in April on Instagram  with a black-and-white photo from the beachfront proposal.

“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” the Stranger Things star captioned her post.

Shortly after the announcement, the 19-year-old actress was criticized by some fans for getting engaged at such a young age.
