Amir Khan and daughter Ira Khan have   come forward to speak about cognitive wellbeing on World Mental Health Day, October 10, 2023.

In a video message shared by the Laal Singh Chaddha  actor's daughter on her Instagram account, they can be seen sitting beside each other and talk about the importance of reaching out to a mental health professional to address the issues linked with mind , such as depression anxiety and more.

The Dangal actor rocked a off-white shalwar kameez and black framed spectacles. while his daughter, Ira wore a full sleeved t-shirt in navy blue color, with her hair opened.

Khan, in his video message emphasized on the importance of talking about mental health issues.
