In a video shared by the Flowers hit maker on her Instagram story she could be seen standing right in front of a giant billboard, featuring Miley’s favorite musician.

The Used To Be Young singer while referring to the billboard placed on a driveway in Hollywood Boulevard she says, “That moment when you’re Hollywood boulevard and you see you Godmother, the rockstar Dolly Parton…I love you soooo much Dolly and congratulations on your Rock’n Roll album.”
