Barbie director Greta Gerwig has hailed Ryan Gosling as one of “the greatest SNL hosts” and shared the creative process of signing him for the movie.
Greta candidly talked about co-writing the script for Barbie during her recent appearance on The Late Show.
The Little Women filmmaker praised Ryan during the show and called him one of the “greatest SNL hosts.”
She also noted that after listening to the script Ryan “eventually agreed with” her.
Ryan starred as Ken in the summer blockbuster hit movie, Barbie.
Greta Gerwig’s Barbie accumulated 1.442 billion dollars worldwide.
