Emilie Kiser’s Husband might face major charges
Emilie Kiser’s husband, Brady, might be facing a Class 4 felony charge of child abuse stemming from the drowning of their three year old son Trigg in May. As per the account given by Chandler Police, Brady momentarily lost sight of Trigg while looking after their newborn, Theodore.
When he came back about 3 to 5 minutes later, he discovered Trigg submerged in the water and was not responsive. The Chandler Police Department has completed their investigation and sent the report to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office who will decide whether charges will be filed.
