In a decision dated July 25, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office released a statement explaining that Brady Kiser, the spouse of social media influencer Emilie Kiser, will not be charged with felony child abuse concerning the heartbreaking drowning death of their 3-year-old son Trigg.
Chandler Police had wrapped up their investigation on July 15, suggesting that a Class 4 felony charge due to some form of negligence be filed.
