Sydney Sweeney finally revealed the reason why she signed on to The Housemaid, a film based on the 2022 novel by Freida McFadden.
While talking to Variety, the 28-year-old actress shared that she joined the erotic thriller film because the story is “juicy and delicious,”
According to Sweeney, the characters, the twist, the turns, all of it made her choose the movie.
While reading the script, the Anyone But You star added that she could not put the book down, in short, she did not move, and that’s when she knew she really wanted to be part of it.
