Hip-hop legend Jay-Z recently made a massive return to live music, marking his first solo concert appearance in seven years. Taking the stage for an energetic 90-minute set in Philadelphia, the legendary artist kept it a true family affair. However, the biggest talking point of the night came during a surprise freestyle rap performance.
During the verse, Jay-Z seemingly took aim at several major names in the music industry, including Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Kanye West. The lyrics appeared to directly address derogatory remarks Kanye West made about Jay-Z's children during a public rant last year. Defending his family on stage, Jay-Z questioned his critics' lack of shame while proving he still knows how to command the spotlight.
