Talay Riley, a prominent British songwriter who penned hits for superstars like Britney Spears, Dua Lipa, Zendaya, and Khalid, has died at the age of 35. Riley, whose real name was Mark Orabi, was killed in a tragic stabbing incident in Silvertown, East London. According to the Metropolitan Police, emergency responders found him with fatal wounds in a nearby garden, where he was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. Another man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries following the altercation.

Authorities have launched a murder investigation and initially arrested three individuals, though they have since been released on bail or with no further action. Detective Chief Inspector Joanna York expressed condolences to Riley's family and appealed to the public for any witness accounts or CCTV footage from the area to help bring clarity to this heartbreaking tragedy.
