Best Korean variety show 2022 announced: report

The Korean Business Research Institute announced this month's brand reputation rankings for variety of shows.

MBC's show Home Alone was at the top of this month's list with a brand reputation index of 5,284,737 for September.

With a brand reputation value of 4,335,654, tvN’s Europe Outside the Tent  to the second position in the rankings.

Meanwhile, brand reputation index of 3,923,476, and a jump to the third position, KBS’s National Singing Contest showed a remarkable 57.11% gain in its score since August.

SBS's My Little Old Boy   maintained its position in fourth place, while JTBC’s Knowing Bros completed the top five for September.

The rankings were calculated using big data gathered between August 4 to September 4. The institution announced ranking after the analysis of 50 popular variety programs on the basis of media coverage, customer interaction, communication, and community awareness indexes.
