Following the successful remake of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 by Vicarious Visions in 2020, Activision is set to remake the third and fourth installments.
According to the teaser, the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is scheduled for July 11, 2025, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Windows 11.
The game will also be available for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers at the launch.
For the unversed, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is a skateboarding video game played in a third-person view with its gameplay oriented towards classic arcade games.
The game will deliver a fresh take on two classic titles, with various new features and returning fan-favorite skaters.
Activision has disclosed that the majority of skaters from the original games will be returning, although a few notable names are missing, including Bam Margera and Mike Vallely.
The game will retain the same mechanics as its predecessor, with a focus on classic arcade-style gameplay.
Pre-ordering the game will grant players access to the Foundry Demo in June, which includes two playable skaters, two parks, and a selection of songs from the soundtrack.
Moreover, pre-ordering will unlock the in-game Wireframe Tony Shader at launch.
Furthermore, preorders for the deluxe and collector's edition will unlock early access, starting July 8.
