Barbara Eden celebrates Easter with husband Jon Eicholtz
Veteran performer Barbara Eden reflected on a wonderful evening spent with Pat Boone
Barbara Eden has delighted fans by sharing a glimpse into her vibrant spring celebrations alongside her husband, Jon Eicholtz.
The ninety-four-year-old actress, best known for her legendary role in I Dream of Jeannie, took to social media to post a festive selfie of the couple wearing matching bunny ears for the Easter weekend.
"Happy Easter from us bunnies! We hope it's been beautiful and full of joy! -B & J," she captioned the heartwarming image. The holiday post comes during a particularly active month for the star, who recently made a high-profile public appearance.
On Monday, Eden reunited with her All Hands on Deck costar, Pat Boone, for a special screening of the 1963 film The Yellow Canary.
Reflecting on the event, she noted, "I had a wonderful evening last Saturday night reuniting with Pat Boone. Eddie Muller of TCM’s ‘Noir Alley’ was a delightful host! Truly, it was a fantastic time!"
Beyond her social outings, Eden also dedicated time this month to honour the character that defined her career. On 1 April, she celebrated the 2,089th birthday of Jeannie, the playful entity she has portrayed for over sixty years.
"She's brought laughter and joy to so many and I truly feel fortunate to have been able to bring her to life. Happy Birthday, Jeannie!" Eden wrote.
Following her breakout success in the 1960s, Eden has remained a cherished figure in American television history. She continues to engage with her dedicated fanbase through various retrospective projects and public appearances.
