Olivia Attwood calls split from Bradley Dack her ‘toughest breakup’ after decade-long relationship

Olivia Attwood is getting candid about the emotional toll of her recent split from longtime partner Bradley Dack, describing it as the most difficult breakup she has experienced.

The former Love Island star revealed that the end of their on-and-off relationship — which spanned more than a decade — has taken a significant personal toll.

“To date, yeah, it’s been my toughest,” Attwood said during an appearance on the Extra Dirrty podcast, reflecting on the scale of the relationship in her life.

The reality TV personality previously confirmed in January that she and the footballer had separated, later alleging that infidelity played a role in the breakdown of their relationship.

Despite maintaining a composed public image, Attwood admitted she has struggled privately with the aftermath.

“I have cried so hard during this breakup to the point where I think I’m going to pass out,” she said, adding that she chooses not to share those moments online.

The 34-year-old emphasized that her decision to keep her vulnerability off social media is intentional, particularly given her professional commitments.

“I’m not going to video myself crying and put it on the internet,” she explained. “I don’t think people are going to respect me professionally if I’m lying on the floor crying.”

Instead, Attwood said she pushes through emotional moments and continues working, even at her lowest points.

The split has also drawn attention following reports that the couple were never legally married, despite a high-profile ceremony that aired on television.

As she moves forward, Attwood hinted at what she’s looking for next, describing her ideal partner as someone with “a beard and tattoos.”

In recent weeks, she has also been linked to longtime friend Pete Wicks, after the pair were spotted getting close during a night out.

While navigating public scrutiny and online criticism, Attwood acknowledged the challenges of being open about her life, noting that her honesty can sometimes invite harsh reactions.
