Jennifer Lopez showcases her stunning abs in captivating selfies.

The 56-year-old artist shared photos of herself during a morning workout on Sunday.

She wore a cropped long-sleeved top with sparkly black leggings rolled down to reveal her hips, paired with white sports shoes.

Lopez posed in the mirror, proudly displaying her toned abs that her attire perfectly accentuated.

In her post, she included a flexed bicep emoji and penned “Rise and grind” on her Instagram Stories sharing the pictures.

The “Let’s Get Loud” artist received abundant praise in the comments, with celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson noting, “Those abs!!!.”

Another fan commented, “Pure dedication. Endless inspiration.”

Last month, Lopez expressed she felt “happy” and “liberated” after her separation from Ben Affleck, who is 53.

“I’m experiencing my joyous phase,” Lopez mentioned in an interview with “Nightline.” “It feels like for the first time, I am genuinely free; I am independent. And this feels amazing.”

She conveyed how she has also started easing the pressure on herself.

“I’ve reached a point where I trust and value myself more, rather than being overly critical and constantly feeling the need to prove something,” she expressed.

Lopez confessed she “had to halt everything” and took “a year off work” to truly recover from her fourth marriage dissolution.

“I canceled tours and chose to stay home, accepting what had occurred instead of escaping through work or other distractions,” she remembered.

The mother of two is unstoppable. She made her debut at Coachella earlier this month with a surprise appearance alongside David Guetta.

Lopez currently seems to be enjoying life to the fullest. Earlier this month, she surprised the Coachella audience by joining David Guetta on stage to perform her latest track, “Save Me Tonight,” which he produced.

She flaunted her fit figure in a daring silver bodysuit and over-the-knee boots.

Her separation from Affleck also appears amicable. The Oscar recipient surprisingly gave Lopez his entire stake of their $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, which they purchased during their marriage.

The pair officially wed on July 16, 2022, sharing two years of marriage before she initiated divorce proceedings in August 2024.
