Kris Jenner re-lists iconic $13M Kardashians Mansion after year off market

Kris Jenner has decided to once again list her well-known $13 million estate after removing it from the market due to a change of heart.

This residence in Hidden Hills is famous for being the Keeping up with the Kardashians mansion, where the Kardashian-Jenner clan resided and filmed the popular series.

Kris relisted the renowned Hidden Hills estate this past Friday, a year after initially listing it and subsequently reversing her decision, as noted by TMZ.

In February 2025, Kris placed the mansion on the market for $13.5 million but pulled it back, hoping to preserve it for the future generations of her family.

Now, however, she intends to proceed with the sale, listing it for £13 million, slightly less by $500,000.

When first listed last year, the property rapidly garnered several offers, as shown in the pictures provided from Zillow.

Initially, Kris was hesitant to finalise the sale because of the property's significant role in Kardashian-Jenner history.

TMZ reports she “deeply considered keeping it as a legacy for future kin.”

Currently, insiders report “Kris is now comfortable with her choice and is prepared to move forward,” according to the news outlet.

Last year, prior to reversing her decision, Kris discussed selling the home with the New York Times.

She shared then: “I’ve experienced countless cherished moments in this extraordinary home with my family, and I look forward to its new ownership and fresh beginnings.”

The famous house was acquired for $4 million in 2010, only three years following KUWTK’s premiere.

Kris departed in 2021 to relocate adjacent to her daughter Khloe Kardashian in a stunning new $20m estate.

The property is hailed as a notable piece of “television history” and is situated on a 1.3-acre plot, perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The impressive entrance featuring black and white tiled floors is instantly known among avid Kardashian admirers.

Located within a secure community, the residence boasts six roomy en-suite bedrooms, an office, along with expansive living, entertaining spaces, and a large kitchen.

According to official documents, it was initially bought for $4 million in 2010, and Kris later handed over the title to the family’s long-standing financial manager, Lester Knispel, in 2015.

Later, it was reported that her son, Rob Kardashian had taken up residence there.

Kris expressed about the home after her son moved in: “I’m truly thankful it remains within the family as it brings me immense joy.”
