Nick Jonas has opened up about the profound impact fatherhood has had on his personal priorities, revealing that it has fundamentally altered the way he thinks about skincare and long-term health.

Speaking in an interview for Vogue's popular Beauty Secrets series, the singer credited his 4-year-old daughter, Malti Marie, as a driving force behind his evolving approach to self-care.

Brothers, kids, and the value of longevity

Referencing his brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas, Nick reflected on how parenthood has shaped all three of them in similar ways.

"You know, we all have kids, we're all fathers, so I think as we've gotten older, that importance about skincare and all that is one thing," he said.

"But it's really about longevity and making sure that you're doing what's best for your body, for your health, to spend as much time in this life with the people you love," he added.

Nick also spoke warmly about the habits his brothers have adopted, noting that neither Kevin nor Joe had ever steered him wrong on matters of health or skincare. He praised Joe for the care he puts into his complexion, whilst describing Kevin's regime as being largely built around vitamins and supplements.

Pride in being a girl dad

Nick Jonas, who shares Malti Marie with his wife Priyanka Chopra, was equally candid about the joy and grounding effect of raising a daughter. He described how fatherhood has given him a refreshing sense of perspective that no professional achievement can match.

"The best part about being a dad for me and balancing things like this work stuff — and this is hardly work — is that you could feel like your coolest self on top of the world, and she just doesn't care at all," he said.

"She wants to play Moana and Maui with me, and that means more to me than anything else, is that time with her. And just the fact that I'm just Dad when I'm home, it means a lot," Nick added.
