Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs denies allegations in newly filed sexual assault case

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit after a former child actor accused the music mogul of sexual assault during an alleged encounter nearly two decades ago.

According to court documents cited by the Daily Mail, the plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, claims he met Combs at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007 while pursuing opportunities in the entertainment industry.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs invited the then-underage actor to speak privately about his career before allegedly engaging in inappropriate sexual conduct.

The plaintiff claims he expressed discomfort during the encounter and later left the gathering.

Combs has strongly denied the allegations.

In a statement issued through a spokesperson, the rapper’s representatives described the claims as “false and ridiculous” and accused the plaintiff of attempting to profit from litigation.

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child,” the statement said. “These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

The lawsuit marks the latest legal challenge for Combs, who is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted in 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The new filing comes amid continued legal scrutiny surrounding the music executive, who has faced multiple civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct. Combs has repeatedly denied all allegations of sexual abuse.

Separately, celebrity publicist Jonathan Hay has accused Combs of sexual battery in a civil lawsuit filed in 2025.

Hay recently stated that investigations by law enforcement agencies had provided what he described as validation for his claims.

“Having my painful experiences heard and validated by the LAPD and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is an undeniable turning point,” Hay said in a statement.

Officials have confirmed that allegations related to Hay’s claims remain under review.

Combs’ legal team has continued to reject the accusations, maintaining that the allegations are unfounded.

“As Mr. Combs’s legal team has repeatedly stated, he categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone,” attorney Jonathan Davis previously said in a statement.

“He looks forward to vindicating himself in court.”

The latest lawsuit has not yet been adjudicated, and the allegations remain unproven.

No criminal charges have been announced in connection with the newly filed complaint.

Combs has been incarcerated since his September 2024 arrest and is currently serving his sentence at a federal correctional facility.

According to federal prison records, his projected release date is currently listed as April 2028.
